These terms are the agreement between you and Onoir Studio (Ireland) for the DriveWorth app. By creating an account or using the app you accept them.
What DriveWorth is
DriveWorth helps car-sharing hosts track what each vehicle earns and costs. Every figure in the app, including profit, depreciation and tax numbers, is an estimate for your own planning. It is not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Check anything important with a qualified professional before acting on it.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to use DriveWorth. You are responsible for your login and for the data you enter. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Free plan and subscriptions
DriveWorth has a free tier and paid plans sized by fleet. Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. A 7-day free trial may be offered. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase or when a trial ends. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, except where the law gives you more.
Your data and content
The vehicles, trips and expenses you enter stay yours. You grant Onoir Studio the permission needed to store and process this data solely to run the app for you. You can export your data or delete your account and all its data at any time from Settings.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, no unlawful use, and no uploading of content you have no right to.
No warranty and liability
DriveWorth is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee that estimates are accurate or that the service is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Onoir Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made from figures in the app.
Ending your use
You may stop and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. Deleting your account removes your data permanently.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
